Courtney Jordan, LCSW
Founder, Alchemy Within Counseling, LLC

Courtney Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, caregiver stress, and nervous system-informed care. She is the founder of Alchemy Within Counseling, LLC, where she provides psychotherapy to adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and caregiver-related distress using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR.

Prior to opening her private practice, Courtney spent three years providing mental health treatment to Veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and three years working within a nonprofit organization supporting caregivers and individuals with complex medical and behavioral health needs. She currently serves as a clinical supervisor, providing quality review and clinical guidance to licensed and associate clinicians while ensuring adherence to Medicaid standards.

Drawing from years of direct clinical work with caregivers, families, and individuals navigating chronic stress and trauma, Courtney is passionate about helping clinicians translate research into practical interventions they can immediately apply in practice. Her trainings emphasize evidence-based assessment, trauma-informed conceptualization, and sustainable treatment strategies that improve outcomes for both clients and clinicians.
